CONSULTATION

Livingscapes is happy to visit you on site.  You will be asked to complete a design brief that will help us to develop an understanding of your needs.

For clients who want to do most of the work themselves but just need a little help Livingscapes is happy to provide clients with a Concept Design. (Not to be confused with a Concept Plan).

The design will include ideas about suitable plants appropriate to different areas of the garden, hardscaping suggestions/products and colors choices that will enhance your outdoor living space.

Clients receive an A3 computer drawing not to scale.

We will take photos on site at the time of consultation.

If you decide to go to the next stage we will be happy to provide a written quotation for a Scaled Plan and outline the scope of work and fees that will be involved. They can be communicated via email or in person.

Livingscapes will re-visit the site to complete a site evaluation to identify any features or levels not indicated on the site plan when a site plan is not available it will be necessary for Livingscapes to conduct a manual site measure. 

The Scaled Plan will include all hardscaping such as pool, water features, pergolas retaining walls etc. Specific plants are not included at this stage.

To ensure you are happy to move on to the next stage we meet to discuss any changes you may like to make to the Scaled Plan. We will discuss plant choices, colour schemes and hardscaping materials.

Livingscapes is more than happy to provide this service separately or as a component of our Project Management service.

Livingscapes can source and select plants for you. We are happy to quote for plants in our designs or your own designs. Please be aware that not all plants are available year round however there are many plants of similar growth and effect that are excellent alternatives.

Livingscapes has experience Project Managing the work from beginning to end. We welcome the opportunity to do all the hard work for you to make your design become a reality. Livingscapes subcontracts to contractors that we know are reliable and competitive.
