We know the importance of timing that each scope of works requires, and can book our contractors weeks ahead of schedule. With a long working history together, we can book our contractors at short notice if required.

We use only the best material suppliers in the industry to ensure all materials & equipment arrive on site, on time & to the correct specification.

SWIMMING POOLS & SPAS-FIBRE GLASS OR CONCRETE

We can install a wide range of fibreglass pools or custom build your next concrete swimming pool . We can recommend & install a wide range of bull nosing and water line tiles complete with feature pool lighting .

WATER FEATURES & WATER WALLS

Your options are endless when it comes to water features. We are happy to install pre-fabricated units or custom designs your water feature incorporating stone, steel, copper, glass, mosaics, tiles and Led Lighting for the added night time ambience lighting offers .

DECKING

Jarrah, Mahogany, Merbah & engineered wood are all popular choices for our decking . Sub frames are constructed using treated pine and all fixings are stainless steel. etc

PATIOS, GAZEBOS & PAVILLIONS

Our patios, gazebos & pavilions can be designed & constructed incorporating gable, skillion, flat, or pyramid style roofs insulated and lined. They are all custom designed & built to our client’s choice of colour and finished with gutters and downpipes if required. Outdoor kitchens can easily be included to suit our client’s requirements. Ceilings can be lined in cedar gloss wood, pine or Gyprock.

CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS, PAVING & GARDEN EDGING

Hard surfaces such as driveways, paths entertainments areas can be installed using a range of concrete materials such as aggregate or liquid limestone depending on your style & budget. Paving is another affordable option with a massive range of paver styles & colours . We also install tiles onto concrete for a lot of our entertainment areas . Tiles are a very popular & stylish option to entertainment areas contributing to the wow factor in the alfresco /dining area.Garden edging is available in concrete, aluminium , steel & timber .

TURF & IRRIGATION

Turf Palmetto & Sir Walter are our most popular turf installed that only require 4-6 hours sunlight a day to stay lush & green without being invasive to other garden areas. Irrigation for both turf & plants is installed to meet your turf & planting requirements.

AUTOCAD 2D & 3D PLANS

Following a consultation meeting we draw up detailed 2D and 3D drawings of the work you require. Having the ability to view different plans helps visualise the final design and gives you the peace of mind that Livingscapes will deliver the very best service and final product.

FEATURE PLANTS & POTS

We are happy to hand pick your plants to ensure you get the best quality . Throughout Perth we have a variety of suppliers that offer a massive range of plants and trees to suit your landscaping design.

POOL & BOUNDARY FENCING

All pool fencing installed to BCA standards ranging from fully frameless , semi frameless or tubular depending on your budget. We offer a full range of colours & styles.Boundary fencing can be constructed in a wide range of materials including face or rendered brick with piers, colour bond, brushwood, aluminium slates etc.

POOL BLANKET BOXES

Above or below ground pre-fabricated or custom built in a variety of colours to match the proposed surface around the pool.

SITE WORKS & SOAK WELLS

We have bobcat , dingo & excavator contractors that prepare each site . At the same time can install any size concrete soak wells to ensure drainage is effectively addressed on the site prior to work proceeding .
